Great for the team
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great for planning/organising work and notifying colleagues when work is completed or for leaving messages regarding a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to leave replies to individual list items within a message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising projects, planning tasks. Setting users to a project.

Game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very user friendly. We have integrated it with Salesforce and now give great visability to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. Very functional. Very easy to use.

Giving visability to clients on our project status.
I have used Monday for almost two years now. It is a very good collaboration channel for remote team

It is solving communication problem. Since we are working remotely, we are in different timezone, monday creates a way to get personalized notifications
A system that does so much and is always improving!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive design. It is modern but also functional, incorporating quick clicks, traditional organization methods like GANT and KANBAN, and just looks pretty. It also allows you to integrate into many different popular systems.
It's overall structure allows me to easily organize large scale projects across multiple teams, track progress, connect resources and visualize updates and results.
Plus - Monday is often improving, sending out updates to features that include in app tours to help you quickly learn on the fly. Their customer support teams also provide training webinars and their self-help articles are straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does so much that it takes some time to get used to and use functionally. This also means it's a steep learning curve for other teams who you might want to incorporate into the project. If they don't use Monday, it might be more of a roadblock to them than a helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us to manage large scale processes over multiple teams. It helps us plan projects, outline timelines, track progress, provide visual updates and show results.

Monday.com will help to organize all of the ongoing projects, It will help you to keep track, follow up, and have everything under control in your organization.
All the automation helps to avoid manual entries and have a professional way of communicating with your stakeholders via email (integrations are easy to do)

Even though there might be some things that are not there yet, the team in Monday.com implements your feedback and we can see some enhancements every month.

What do you like best about the product?
When you have a lot of data and don't want to use a shared spreadsheet, or need to track status and updates, Monday.com has so many types of solutions to let you set, track, sort and assign activities, and the notices are helpful as well when things change.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are great features to let users link boards and share data and automate, but it does take some time and practice to get the settings right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday.com in a few ways - one to track things like status of updates and files coming and going to the client, then seconds as a project management tool as well. The commuinications about updates really help keep the team informed and allow everyone to see feedback and Q/A as needed. The dashboards are super helpful to let us see what's complete and what's coming up.

Some users might find challenging is the learning curve associated with the platform's extensive customization options. Adjusting to its full potential might take time and effort.

Easy to use project management tool - almost no training required
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. I basically had to train myself to use Monday and it was a breeze. It was very easy to understand and I find the interface very user-friendly. There are lots of tools to customize your board depending on how you want to view it. Easy to communicate to the team as well and you don't have to manually update everyone involved in the project. It's almost like social media combined with project management which makes it fun too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still trying to learn how to use the different views. I find the calendar view still a bit confusing but I think this is quite useful when you are on a tight schedule. Also, when something is archived and I don't own the board, I can't locate it again which makes it hard to retrieve the saved files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is the main benefit for me here. If a team member needs to know anything, they just check the Monday board instead of updating everyone manually which sometimes, there tends to be slip-ups and not everyone is updated accordingly.
Monday Dev is a Great Tool

Helps organize and prioritize projects, and is easy to use

I have no compliants about the Monday Dev tool.

Prioritizing and oganizing porjects. Keeping track of changes and developments
showing 31 - 40
