Easy to use and extremely efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
Squadcast streamlines our teams communication and colloboration on business critical issues. It has been instrumental in our incident management while reducing support response times which leads to greater customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love more options for recording capabilities with the tool. The pricing can also be a bit much for leaner teams at new start ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It notifies key team members about business critical issues both inside and outside of operating hours wherever they may be and in the manner in which they wish to be communicated with. This is a huge help as we are a global remote team with a global customer base and our working hours may not always be our clients. However, with squadcast we know when to tune in and add more resources to resolve an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Alerting works perfect. Sadly had to wake up a few times because of it, but in the end it was extremely hepful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Schedules could be improved. Its not always clear when my shift is.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Squadcast for about 2 years,
Squadcast has a very user-friendly UI and a very responsible customer support team, It has a wide variety of features and is easy to connect to other services.
the implementation flow is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Squadcast is the perfect choice for incident management, I didn't see any weakness in their service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squadcast made incident management easy for us
It helps us to focus on improve our service and not worried about incident management and alerting

What do you like best about the product?
As an on-call engineer I used Squadcast for incident response. I enjoyed the easy setup on my own devices and easy integration with monitoring tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app feels a bit out of date. It is also hard to swap schedules with other engineers

Better response to P1/P2 events

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to confiure and manage the application. Also it has prompt support. Also pricing model is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but need to add some extra information in text message alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have large infrastucrure on cloud so squadcast solving our problem for on call alerting and incident managemnt with integrating with other ITSM tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the intergrations aviliable. One that we use the most is Slack
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding users to groups can be a bit confusing with the current UI. The UI/UX could use a rework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let's us know when one of our application services is down.

What do you like best about the product?
Good solution to get alerts from a webserver connected to scientific devices. Especially helpful as a platform to send SMS when an alert is emitted

Keep On Top of Service Failures

What do you like best about the product?
Squadcast is great for alerting you when important services are experiencing high volumes of errors that require your attention. It integrates well with other monitoring tools such as Azure Insights and Datadog. I'm sure there are more but those are just the 2 we use and there isn't any issues setting up the specific rules for when to notify us.
The on-call feature is great so you can have 24 hour observation without being glued to a screen and it doesn't leave any 1 person or teammate being responsible for the whole show.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the same alert will continually blow up your phone while you are currently investigating the issue. This is highly aggravating. I know there are suppression rules and other mechanisms in place to limit these alerts manually, but there should really be something built in where if a second/third/fourth alert comes in for the same issue while the first one is still active then it doesn't need to make that awful noise on your phone that disrupts you while working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives up visibility to errors as they happen without needing to stare are incoming logs in realtime.
