What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. Easy to implement. I highly recommend. Anyone who is looking to increase their professional network should use ZoomInfo. The best part about this company is that they do a really good job. They've never let me down in the past, and I doubt they are going to let me down in the future. I will probably continue to use zoominfo for as long as I am physically capable of doing so. Other people in my office love it also.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike. I'm trying to rack my brain for things that I dislike but I can't think of any. The website is good. It's easy to use. My friends have told me that they really like it. I've made a bunch of new connections thanks to this awesome service. I look forward to using it for the rest of my life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Networking is so easy. I am able to build my book of business much more organically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely implement! You'll be glad that you did. I used to not have it, but now I do have it. Having it is better than not having it. If you're thinking about having it, you should. It makes your life so much easier. I promise. Take it from someone who would know. It's great. Ashley Shultz is also really good at her job, which makes things a lot better too.

ZoomInfo is a great data source

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is incredibly easy to use and the data mostly reliable. The list building function is very useful, and the Salesforce.com plugin is great. The price point is right on compared to other similar services.

My team and I use Zoom on nearly a daily basis when new leads come in for validating data and adding additional data points to build out the profiles. This is very easy to do and allows us to make higher rates of contact with new prospects due to finding better email addresses and additional phone numbers. Being able to assess the company profile information also helps us to identify the best prospects and use our time most productively.

ZoomInfo is our go to tool for classifying leads by various categories, including size, geography, and industry. Also, being able to build lists using these same criteria has allow us to hone in on our ideal prospects and get in front of the best customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any database, some of the data gets out of date and the rate at which it is cleaned up is less than ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
List building is very easy with ZoomInfo and we are able to filter against our current database and lists we have previously pulled. The data appending feature is very useful as well, and the inline Salesforce.com integration makes it incredibly easy to use. Searching for additional contacts at target organizations is also an invaluable benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't find a better service when comparing price and data quality.

A good database for the US b2b market segment

What do you like best about the product?
In addition to contacts, you have access to additional information on some profiles that may not be available generally, intent and scoops are new features that can be leveraged
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost 30% of the email addresses were found to be incorrect. this is out of a database of about 5000... also job changes are not tagged while the same is updated on LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a good b2b database for me to cover procurement professionals globally. This helped in the US market not so much for the other regions.

Leaves a lot to be desired

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy integration with Salesforce,
What do you dislike about the product?
Reliability: I have "purchased" a significant amount of contacts from Zoom that, when I spoke with folks within that particular organization, found that they had not been with the company for a considerable amount of time. While those purchases are credited on the back end, there is a LOT of work on my part gathering the information and reporting it back to my marketing manager. There is no reporting mechanism in the tool to mark a contact as "no longer with the organization," our "email bounce," etc. This squeezes valuable time out of my schedule that would be more productive spent on dialing.

Another thing that I find bothersome is that it appears that once Zoom is given information that a contact is either no longer working there or that there is a bad email, they simply remove the contact's email and leave the name in the system connecting it to the company so there is no way to differentiate from a contact that they have identified but do not have a current email address for from those who are no longer with the organization.

Customer Service/Support: Lack of customer support for the end user is another dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problem looking to solve is identifying prospective clients that have technology responsibilities in the area of technology that we serve.
While I have found some contacts via Zoom, the business benefit has been minimal in that regard considering that Zoom is a paid service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While I do realize that Zoom is a lower-tier product and that it is priced accordingly, I believe that it is always wise to consider that you get what you pay for. In a competitive market, quality and reliability of data is everything. Spending more on a superior product will more than make up for the initial investment in both your employee's time and your sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily find desired titles of any available company, that is the best feature of this website. I would definitely recommend this software to anyone.

Easy to use, just 2 3 clicks and you get your desired lead accurately. I am very much inspired by their division of contacts such as C-level, Human Resources, Marketing, Director level, Manager Level, sales and many more features. I am in love with software and i hope this software will grow with time more and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing like Dislike but there are some problems, that needs to be corrected with the passage of time.Other than this there is no such problems with this software. I hope it will grow if they act on recommendations.

Basically I am using this software for lead generation. I am very much inspired by their division of contacts such as C-level, Human Resources, Marketing, Director level, Manager Level, sales and many more features. I really want zoominfo to put in add contact feature so that we can use it more often and help zoominfo with our databases. Zoominfo is a kind of software that always needs to be updated with the passage of time.

Best prospecting database I have ever used

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has every prospect's contact information you have ever wanted, currently want and will ever want. I have experience 100% accuracy on all information I have taken from ZoomInfo, and have found the most value in the amount of direct phone numbers they have to reach potential partners. In short, ZoomInfo will make you and your team winners.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose one thing that I dislike about ZoomInfo, it would be that they took my contact information (as well as all of my colleagues) and put it into their database. Very small downside to all of the value I get from it though...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reaching prospects that I have dreamed about getting in touch with. The amount of accurate direct phone numbers is connecting me with these people and giving me the opportunity to cold call like I never have before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy this for your Sales team, or at the very least, your Inside Sales/SDR team. I guarantee it will produce results.

I like the ability to build custom lists on my own. The search functionality is powerful and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like being asked to pay large price increases every year.

Building lists for email marketing.

ZoomInfo has a good product. I just wish they would stop trying to jack my price up every year.

Great Data Provider with a Great UX

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with ZoomInfo at two companies so far and have tested their data vs other major data providers. By far they had the best contact rates (via phone) and email open and click rates on their data compared to other major data providers. ZoomInfo allows you to pull your own targeted lists and see the record count of contacts/companies meeting your criteria. Zoominfo also has an API which made them useful to append information to leads in real time as the submitted webforms. They also have been great to work with that a have bad email addresses and will refund you credits for any contacts that initially bounce. Overall, they have a great feature set and I frequently recommend them over data providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
While they do have a great backend, processing can take some time, which I think is understandable. Also to get the maximum return when using the API, we had to do several queries (off of domain, company, and then pairings of fields) to get the best match. It would be ideal if they build a forms plugin (similar to what DemandBase has) to do the queries and make it available to someone without dev resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo for real time data appending for improved lead scoring & targeted prospecting list building.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask other vendors on how you will get the data. Ask other vendors what their reimbursement policy is on bad phone numbers/emails.
