Best tool for direct dials... ever
What do you like best about the product?
I've probably set 200 meetings with the direct dials from Zoominfo. I've never seen another tool with the ability to rapidly and easily run comprehensive searches providing access to accurate direct dials.
If someone has a desk phone, there's an overwhelming chance that their accurate phone number is available in ZoomInfo.
I credit Zoominfo as one of the major factors behind my significant production as an ADR, which ultimately allowed me to win multiple trophies for leading in my role and secure a promotion.

What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at all. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately some bad apples had been data scraping and taking advantage of the numbers, so the new UI has some safeguards that prevent this but which unfortunately make the setup a little more clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Wasted time dialing main numbers
- Wasted time dealing with secretaries
- Frustration dealing with secretaries
- Frustration dealing with automated directories
- Wasted time doing data entry (dial right out of UI)
- Inability to access many individuals without the direct dials Zoom provides
- Inability to afford more expensive tools.

Don't purchase this tool if you're afraid to connect with prospects and engage over the phone.

Very easy to use and accurate data
What do you like best about the product?
there are many different ways to narrow down search results to get the best leads and information you can.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the revenue is off, and with that said, working for a company that sells a budgeting solution, our need for correct revenue amount is sometimes hard to work around. Also find that sometimes the phone number is a personal phone (home or cell) which results in a pretty angry lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to connect with most of the people I have prospected and at the very least, their contact information is most of the time correct for me to be able to get through to them. Benefits are simple: I don't have to google lists and do all the manual legwork myself with the use of ZoomInfo.
Pretty reliable, but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
For finding email conventions of companies, ZoomInfo is fairly reliable. As an SDR, I'm constantly building lists of folks to reach out to and therefore I require their work email address. ZoomInfo, for the most part, provides an easy way to do this. While I never search to see if a specific lead is within the ZoomInfo database, I rely on the email address conventions of leads in their database that I do see. And for that, it's as quick as entering a company URL or name in the search box.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is manageable to navigate, but is sometimes clunky. The biggest issue for me is how one has to click into a specific lead's profile in order to see his or her contact info - as opposed to simply seeing the info on the search results page.
Additionally, it would be great if you could batch add a list of lead names and their companies to do a onetime search to retrieve their contact info.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I mentioned before, I primarily use ZoomInfo to gather email addresses of leads I plan on reaching out to. This has so far proven to save quite a bit of time for me and my SDR team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For finding email addresses specifically, utilize ZoomInfo and Rapportive together.
In-depth and valuable
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to fact check. Within any industry we have consistent turnover, and ZoomInfo allows us to keep up to date both from the internal customer support side and from a sales perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's almost TOO much information, which isn't a bad thing! There is the occasional bad email or phone number, but still one of the best sources for data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anyone can find a phone number and email address, but it's really helpful to find the correct contact. The fun really starts when you're able to piece the puzzle together find the needs of the client and help them solve that need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the full edition a try. It's worth the cost, at least for us, so far.

good contacts and reporting - the reports are easily exportable to excel and we can easily incorporate them into our database
What do you dislike about the product?
high cost, contacts could be better vetted t determine if they still work at places but in general we are satisfied - the software is very easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
contacts for surveys - we have successfully built up our database as a result of zoominfo
Recommendations to others considering the product:

ZoomInfo Suite Review
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provide the most accurate contact information as compared to it's peers. They have an excellent list building tool, an enhance tool to fill the gaps in our data. We have a large number of ZoomInfo users in our company and they all find it very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we would like to improve would be the integration with our CRM platform. The data in the integrated platform is limited when compared to the browser version of the tool. But ZoomInfo has always been very responsive and they are looking into this issue for us as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has helped a lot in filling the gaps in our CRM. Also, we get tons of contact information for campaigning and other purposes.

Great Tool for Validating Company and Contact Information
What do you like best about the product?
The company news and press stories help bring in new elements for you to be up to date with a contacts previous history that might not be found on linkedin profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had a few instances where linkedin did not have the company or contact information and zoominfo's email and phone number were that of an actual customer of the company, not an actual employee of the company with the same name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving outdated contact information with new and updated information for contacts who may be stepping into a previous contact's role while linkedin profiles may be outdated and showing the person still actively works there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Could validate that each contact is actually employed by the company and not just a potential customer of the company with the same name.
