We embarked on a journey to be omni-present across multiple digital touch points with our customers. This aspiration needed to be balanced without adding unjustifiable headcount. We partnered with Yellow, who introduced us to conversational AI. This has opened up opportunities in revenue gen, customer service and grievance management using a single deployment, rather than having disparate tools, all hastily put together by archaic integrations architectures

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, user-friendly platform. All in features where all our business requirements are met. We are using a Live agent system to answer customer queries from different platforms quickly and efficiently. Be able to send notifications by running campaigns targeting different customer segmentations. Chatbot flow runs smoothly with advanced AI to navigate an incoming users through our catalog and convert them into customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike since all our business concerns are being handled professionally by Yellow.ai Team. In the start we do find some issues when running the campaigns in the testing phase, but they were resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Service is one of the key part of our business. Answering customer in different social media platforms makes it's difficult for our business to handle. Yellow.ai Platform helps our business in bringing all our customer service under one platform where we can easily answer our customers efficiently plus Yellow.ai analytics allows us to evaluate the performance of our agents and make improvements in overall performance where needed. Its AI based Conversational commerce has allowed our business users to convert to customers quickly, providing ease of doing shopping guided by the trained chatbots to showcase our product catalog and purchasing it hasel free.

Easy way to use the platform and they have reliable support team when we need to create a new template for whatsapp

Nothing. All of the YM team is helpful and willing to hear your feedback

When we got rejected template and the Yellow.ai team will help you to suggest the proper template before re-submit to the Facebook

What do you like best about the product?
We have deployed the bot from Yellow.ai and it has worked wodners for our partner operations team. The simple UI and advanced auto learn features are the best. We have hsed multiple other options but this is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very expensive. If you have a startup and wanna setup the Yellow.ai bot, you should be ready to shell a lot of money. It worth it. Needs a support team to help setup and cannot be self helped.

Real time partner operations and Agent link is solved with AI. Whatsapp business integrations have helped solve the connectivity difference between teams and our partners

the amazing capabilities of the bot to handle the sales as well as customer support to a great extend providing the companies to focus on their core operations.

The cost becomes a little too much for a non funded start up. else there is nothing to pin point.

After using yellow, we didnt have to increase our support team with the increase in sales. now we have more time to solve the core and operational issues. we also end up saving cost by employing less manpower.

i would recommend yellow to all the companies looking forward to enhance customer support and engagement. This further makes it easier for the customers also to fetch better before and after sales services.
