Quite confusing
What do you like best about the product?
The template feature that they sold us to create donor letters, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't event know what the template does within our Salesforce Org.. It's hard to get in tuouch with our account person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating templates for receipts and other confirmation emails. No benefit, just standard procedure.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into some issues where the IT support has been less than ideal. We hope to continue working towards a solution for a few of our problems where workarounds are currently in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our users to easily create templates for their needs which pushes them to use our system even more, further benefitting our business.
Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Conga allows us to create quotes from Salesforce without the need to purchase additional expensive add-on software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a large learning curve, but the Conga Community offers a lot of helpful learning resources to help navigate. Also, support is fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga has allowed us to move away from cumbersome manual quoting using Excel to being able to pull data directly from Salesforce into our quotes.
A great document generation tool with countless applications
What do you like best about the product?
Conga composer allows quick document generation with or without user input into their interface. It is a great tool that is easy to install, configure, and deploy to users. It integrates seamlessly within Salesforce.
Whenever you have an issue there is a great community page to get answers from and our account rep has always been great at responses.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little dated, but is still functional. Cost can be prohibative, but there are creative solutions around this by allowing the documents be created using a service account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer allows us to quickly generate both quotes and contracts and when paired with Conga sign it will directly send them for signature.
Good but Slow
What do you like best about the product?
That it works with Certinia is really helpful - we needed a solution to create receipts for paid invoices and Conga helped.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Conga quite slow in creating the documents we need. Time Consuming.

Creating documents for us that we can send to our clients.
It works, but it can be challenging
What do you like best about the product?
The tool does a great job generating documents. I feel like it's rather custom, which I don't love. We use it all the time to generate documents for our sales and get digital signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like training on how to use it is all about going to the community pages. Which is fine, but sometimes that's not enought. As far as integration goes, we used a partner which was fine, but you're at the mercy of the partner'c competency.

We use it to generate sales documents. Those get forwarded on to state agencies.
Super intuitive and Customizable Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Composer has truly simplified a way for us to create different contract templates and order forms. I like the ease of use and how quickly I can put together a template when in a time crunch.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your not familiar with at least basic HTML, then it could be hard to wrap your head around creating field tags. Fortunately, Conga provides amazing learning resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Composer provides an easy to use solution that allows us to create contract templates which auto populates account/opportunty details directly into the contract. From there we can easily send via CongaSign.

Generating the documents seamlessly and can integrate composer with any of the apps

Performance. It's slower in processing or generating the documents

We were using a spreadsheet to fill in the information manually and now with the composer everything is automated

This product help us to generate a document that took over 7 days to produce, down to minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The copy and paste of table fields. Would be nice builder a template that the table fields would be inserted.

Took several documents that took weeks to produce down to minutes

Very simple process to map templates and create Word documents and PowerPoint charts

Copying and pasting field names can be labor intensive. Would be nice if there were an "insert" option.

Pulling in data from Salesforce to create an aesthetically pleasing word document. Also use it to create proposals from Salesforce.
