What do you like best about the product?
SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor allows monitoring to become much more than traditional monitoring. With SAM you can see the actual performance of the applications - what the end user experiences, not just what's happening on the hardware. There are many built in monitors so getting started is actually very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAM is simple to set up, but can be complex to fully implement. This is actually a feature and a good aspect of the system, but can be difficult or discouraging for new users to the product.
