MIRO zum arbeiten im Team
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Bisher habe ich nichts entdecken können, wo ich Bauchschmerzen bekomme. Vllt. ist die Benutzer Oberfläche manchmal nicht zu 100% intuitiv, aber ich finde man kommt schnell rein.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Happy user of Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a smooth experience and things work intuitively which is something I always look when working with software. Additionally, the things you expect Miro to have are already there - you don't really have to look for workarounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a tad faster, at least the login process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro acts as our daily board and for that purpose it's excellent.
Great tool in the right application
What do you like best about the product?
Miro works great as a concepting and workshop tool for our design team to bring concepts to life. We frequently leverage the ability to export these concepts to PDF to quickly and easily share them with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is extremely flexible, but this also means it's fairly open-ended. It's a hard tool to sit down and use without first having existing use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us get ideas and concepts down on paper in a shared space.
Powerful collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to set up workshops and get feedback from stakeholders in a meaningful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processing the data that is collected is tedious. It takes a long time to get info synthesized from a workshop. Hoping AI could solve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stakeholders come to our team with a vague vision. It's helpful to use miro as a playground to explore their ideas and really figure out what they want.
A good software to draw various process maps and collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the graphic elements are very helpful to quickly design a process map and collaborate with different members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The table element in Miro does not allow to merge cells or copy value from cells within easily, which is simple functionality in excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to create process maps and collaborate with team easily.
Miro is becoming an essential tool in day to day work life
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Miro for its intuitive interface that makes collaboration seamless and enjoyable. The variety of templates and tools available allows for creative brainstorming and effective planning sessions. Additionally, the ability to integrate with other platforms enhances productivity and keeps everything organized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I dislike about Miro is its steep learning curve for new users, which can be overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the challenges of remote collaboration by providing a centralized online whiteboard where teams can brainstorm, plan, and share ideas in real time, regardless of location. It also addresses the issue of disorganized workflows by offering tools like templates, sticky notes, and integrations with other apps, ensuring that projects stay structured and easy to follow.
Collaborative Whiteboard That Transforms Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro makes remote collaboration feel seamless. Its real-time editing and visual tools let my team brainstorm, organize ideas, and iterate quickly. The built-in templates save a ton of time, and the integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive keep everything in sync. Overall, it’s a huge productivity booster for creative workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming for new users—there are so many features that it takes time to learn where everything is. Additionally, the pricing can be steep for smaller teams or freelancers who don’t need all of the advanced features. Some offline functionality would also be great for times when internet access is spotty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of remote collaboration by giving teams a shared online space to brainstorm, organize ideas, and run interactive sessions in real time. Instead of juggling multiple apps, we can keep everything—diagrams, notes, and feedback—in one place. This streamlines our workflow, reduces miscommunication, and speeds up project turnaround. It’s been especially helpful for aligning our distributed team and ensuring everyone stays engaged and on the same page.
Working with Miro both for social and business projects
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, low entry level for new users. Very good for ideation, brainstorming, developing processes, working with canvas, and presenting ideas and offers using talk-tracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working on-line generates always a worse group dynamic than working in real life, but I used to work wit Miro also in real-life workshops (every gropur having a laptop) and it makes sense too. What keeps to be a challenge for me is to learn new, more advanced Miro functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ideation, empathising, and other design thinking phases. Making offers. Brainstorming online with larger groups. Keeping the project progress under control
Fast but powerful!
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick to pick up and use but provides a lot of features! Miro boards can be very large and so can encompass a huge amount of ideas or discussions related to one subject. Easy to add images, notes and even links to videos with thumbnail previews and titles. I like that it is possible to view the 'History' of a board so you can see who has made what changes and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrolling and navigating a larger board can be quite tricky and default zoom levels don't usually match up with the content on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our whole team to access one large 'whiteboard' with no apparent limit on how much we can add to it.
Wonderful Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Having one place to keep all of our ideas and processes is so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to keep it organised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us develop our strategy and processes
