The user management and default retention policy for viewing the logs are not good.

What do you like best about the product?
Real-Time Monitoring & Alerts provides real-time log monitoring with detailed alerts, helping the team totrack unit consumption and detect anomalies quickly.
Cost Optimization log tiering system (Frequent Search, Archive, and Low Tier) allows us to balance performance and cost, ensuring critical logs are accessible while storing less critical logs efficiently.
Seamless Integrations integrates well with Fluentd, AWS, and other observability tools, making log ingestion and analysis smooth.
Detailed Usage Insights ability to analyze logs based on applications, subsystems, and severity helps optimize data ingestion and prevent unnecessary unit consumption.
Responsive Support Chat support assists with temporary unit increases, which is helpful for maintaining uninterrupted operations .
Scalability efficiently handles high log volumes across multiple teams and regions, which aligns with your multi-account AWS setup.

User Mangement is not upto the mark hard to mange for admin .

Good level of breadth being covered

What do you like best about the product?
1. Coralogix has become our single dashboard for anything related to server logs monitoring, APM monitoring and RUM monitoring. There is a good level of interconnection as well between these.
2. The product is easy to use and has a good set of out-of-the-box dashboards
3. Since raw logs are available to us, we can build out custom dashboards using these for our different use cases
4. Integration with the product was fairly straightforward
5. Customer support is prompt and most of the times useful
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I have seen issues where there have been some bugs/changes in the product which has caused some of my custom dashboards break. On contacting, I get the solution for the same. But this gets frustrating at times
2. The time to load the logs and some of the dashboards could be a little on the higher side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. The logs from our application servers are pushed to coralogix. The portal makes it easy to monitor these logs and also add alerts on these if needed
2. We have instrumented with opentelemetry and are pushing the APM logs as well to coralogix. Again here, the visualization is good, giving us a better view of how different services interact and where there are bottlenecks or issues
3. We have recently adopted the RUM integration to push the front end logs.

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix is incredibly easy to use and has been a reliable SIEM solution for us for over 5 years. The intuitive interface makes it simple to aggregate logs, set up pipelines, and create custom queries. What really stands out is the cost-effectiveness—being able to focus on and analyze only the critical logs saves us significant operational costs. The support team is phenomenal and always goes the extra mile, ensuring we get the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is fantastic, the documentation could be better organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix helps us centralize our logs and security data, providing deep visibility into our environment. The platform’s flexibility ensures we can scale without overextending costs, and its reliability has been a cornerstone of our security operations for years.

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix allows you to query your application logs and gain insight to your application's usage and performance. The query language used by Coralogix is beginner friendly, but can also be used to create complex queries if required.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides for Coralogix that I can think of

Coralogix provides our team with the ability to detect any irregularities with our cloud infrastructure and application

What do you like best about the product?
Highly available personel for support. Mutliple methods to query alerts. Highly customizable dashboards and alerting. Great ui for analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
More documentation available through the web app. I don't want to have to leave the app for the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring the performance of cloud infrastructure and alerting on product metrics.

InterSystems Coralogix On-Site Visit

What do you like best about the product?
Aggregating logs and metrics in one place is helpful. My favorite part of the product is the tracing feature. It makes it very easy to debug issues with our webapp by seeing the status of requests to our webapp at every step in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the documenation around COralogix integrations could be more accessible. For example, the Coralogix information on setting up OTEL host metrics is helpful, but from my experience it could only be found through a google search. I'd prefer if this and similar documentaiton was linked to directly from the Coralogix webapp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggregating all of our product infomartion (logs, metrics, etc.) into one place. I also know there are a number of features that could be used to further enirch our data, but our team is not using them yet.

Various Data sources for sourcing logs. Good UX
What do you dislike about the product?
Many a times my errors logs get bucketted into debug logs, even when log messages have error keyword and known errors like null pointer

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding filters based log content, easy indexed search, and easy-to-do grouping operations to identify different kinds of errors for a service
What do you dislike about the product?
the archival search option sometimes misses out on some results, you have to narrow down on the time window.

Experience During the Integration Process of BFI with Coralogix

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked during the integration was having several backup engineers, and I really appreciated Sri Ram Jha for his patience and good responsiveness in handling our requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be necessary to add more engineers, so that 2 engineers handle 1 customer. This way, if one is sick or unavailable, there is a backup engineer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yesterday, we experienced an issue with our server that prevented Docker from sending logs from on-premises to Coralogix. However, Sri used a different log collector for this and has been successful so far.
