Using Digital Experience Manager to build a cohesive experience

What do you like best about the product?
Full featured, robust, easy to use and extensible.
What do you dislike about the product?
APIs are complex to figure out and documentation is really bad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 20 sites and commerce requirement in three regions around the world. IBM Digital Experience Manager allow us to have a consistant look and feel to all the sites and to integrate a full commerce component. It also allows us to update and maintain content on a daily basis and to integrate and maintain our social media sites from a central point.

teh digital workflow and decision management along with case management
What do you dislike about the product?
upgrade life cycle , deprecated featiure needs reqwork and requires effort on client side.

What do you like best about the product?
Stability and IBM support. The transactional management and the plug and play feature of portlets. The out of the box security features
What do you dislike about the product?
WCM is far behind than industry competitor. and recently WebSphere Portal being offloaded by IBM has an huge impact on our customer's confiedence. They are now looking ways for alternate platform

Providing enterprise business portal plattform for our customer

What do you like best about the product?
Total flexibiblity, there is no use case that this product won't meet. We can integrate any platform to any use case, its all about the delivery of a function for the clients business need
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost, undocumented changes, and the changing of the employees supporting it all the time. Makes it hard to keep up with the support channels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing access to key business processes in a web browser. This is huge because secure role based access is hard to provide and maintain.

Digital Experience Manager is a super-powerful platform that empowers users to build rich experiences right out of the box, but also provides deep customizability for those users that want to dive deeper
What do you dislike about the product?
The product can be overwhelming for users looking to hit the ground running. Your biggest return using the product is leveraging expert services to build really unique experiences. That said, the out of the box functionality is getting better all the time.

We help clients build rich digital experiences through customizations built on the product, and authoring tools to help enable content creators

What do you like best about the product?
Its perfect for delivering personalized content to any user on any device. Using their personalization and content as a service features, you can deliver personalized meaninful content to any user on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cloud version does not allow for deployment of customized applications to aide in bringing higher value to end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have leveraged DXM to power employeee and HR intranets, delivering important meaningful information that employees demand from their employers. We have also leveraged DXM to power e-commerce engines where we manage the products as content items.

What do you like best about the product?
Ux aspect of the tool is good but more can be done my adding cognitive features
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the features don't come out clearly especially in an omni channel scanario

as a marketing mcampaign manager i was able to effectively increase the potential customer tranffic to bank website

reliable,low maintenance, the product is easy to use, meet bank direction and this is a new digital transformation the bank would like to implement

i am not part of the testing team, there is another dedicated team involved in bank for this product
