Workato has been way to go for all my enterprise Automatin and Integration. It is super easy to create an Integration between two system. Not only devlopers can work on the tool , Even a business team can easily work on it and create thir own Integratins at minimul effort and Speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to more focused on API part where Exposing APi and Api Platform whete it is currenly at beginner level.

We did a POC on workato , later agreed to continue with our existing tool due to some organizational limitations .
However I can say Workato is a great tool . It can connect to any Data source , also it helps in transforming data as per the requirements. Recepies are having lot of functionalities/Features .

From implementation point of view there is nothing but If Workato provides functionality to send the authentication request to be approved by the authorizor then it would be great.

It helps to conent to various digital Marketing APIs and we can easily extract the data. Also it helps

We are developing the recipes to migrate the data from legacy systems to netsuite.
Great technology stack, crucially the post-sales support is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get up and running very rapidly (First live recipe running 2 weeks after we signed the contract). The solution scales up as our business grows and they invest a lot in the product (through Accelerators, or prepackaged, customizable automations such as their Enterprise Knowledge Bot (aka GPT for the Enteprise). Customer support is really good. They can jump into and help troubleshoot a recipe in almost real-time, and I've reached out to them in the evenings and weekends too.

Don't have a complaint at this time, so far they're meeting expectations.

Supporting the automation of critical business processes (Lead to Cash) and replacing manual steps across multiple systems.

Support services are not as expected due to delay in providing the solution. In case ticket raised. it won't be solved 90%.

When dealing with code, error messages are insufficient. All job history erasing after 30 days can be a hindrance as well.
