Complete, lifesaving sofware
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, fast, able to restore an backup in less than 2 minutes, integrate easely to my cloud account, We use it every day for our daily backups, and the most important, professional, friendly account manager and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about HYCU, it's a complete software for my use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use daily HYCU to backup all our VMs to our WASABi account in the cloud.

Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Deployment. Being able to download the vAppliance and get it installed in a matter of minutes is how all backup software should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to install it on a standalone linux physical server. Just to cover the the sites that are remote and dont have a hypervisor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to backup servers quickly and easily, with super fast deployment and configuration. Added to the ability to use any storage that you have lying around is great, especially if you dont want to use the costlier immutable storage just to store a few test vms.

What do you dislike about the product?
HYCO needs to work on Having local sale or at least channel to support the buniess accros the middle east region .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many businesses operate in hybrid environments, utilizing both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures, which can complicate data protection strategies.
Nice Backup Tool for Nutanix
What do you like best about the product?
Easy Backup Solution for Nutanix Environments. Contact & Support are very helpfull.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything you want to backup is supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick implemenation of DR Solutions and backup.
Easy to deploy and manage
What do you like best about the product?
HYCU can be deploy in 30 minutes. Configuration is simple, management easy and have some great feature like backup validation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some deepdive documentation about process.

Easy to deploy. Gain time.
Best compatibility with Nutanix AHV
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, easy to install and upgrade.

LTO didn't work with HYCU. Need an other software for LTO.

Backup task works best than other solution.

What do you like best about the product?
HYCU's R-Cloud platform is very interesting as it allows for backup/security for critical parts of the data estate
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the fact it's so cheap for good it is can sometimes be its biggest enemy as people think it's too good to be true

It allows us to sell a very resilient solution with Nutanix as it integrates with it and the UI acts exactly the same
Are SaaS always reliable? with Hycu yes!
What do you like best about the product?
Hycu is really easy to setup, and being a SaaS itself is not our responsibility to maintain the infrastructure behin it.
If our SaaS goes down, or if something happend in this strange geopolitical period we are sure that our data are safe.
Hycu team is very great, rapid in the response and also developing new feature while new API are made avaiable from the SaaS provider.

Being able to interface with a lot of tools is not always easy to navigate the console, but once you have understood it it became faster and intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being sure that our data are backuped in a second place is a wonderful thing in this modern SaaS world.

Missing support for tape libraries is in some situation an issue.

The reliable performance and innovative features of HYCU make it a top choice for businesses looking to protect their data effectively.

While HYCU offers many useful features, some features for example single item restore of exchange is missing.
