What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get up and running, and doesn't require a lot of attention
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have an easier way to restore files on demand without a restore plan.

One pane of glass to look at all backups. Reporting is great and the price is outstanding for the features you get

There is a little learning curve but you will have that with just about any service

many other features are in the same space as managed backup that sometimes it "bloats" the experience

What do you like best about the product?
The platform keeps improving, new features and great support. Overall, if you're looking for anything cloud backups, do not go anywhere else. Simple to implement and integrate the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to be a littl tech savvy to know what all the features are used for. However, it doesn't take long if you're famliar with cloud backups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an opportunity that gives you the best of both worlds. Professional quality service that you can offer your clients with the reliability on the back end without ballooning costs.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using it for backup our endpoint devices & remote user devices as well.The most appealing aspect ofMSP360 Standalone backup, in my opinion is it's user-friendly interface along with strong, adaptable functionality that can be tailored to the needs of both small ana large businesses. Because of its smooth connection with the diffrenet cloud storage providers, scalability and flexibility are guraranteed. The software is a dependable solution for protecting important data without overwhelming the user with complexibility because of its strong encryption and security features , which provide users piece of mind. It is also simple to schedule and manage backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for some of MSP360 Standalone backup's more sophisticated features is its biggest flaw. Even though the UI is simple to use for straightforward activities, non-techies may find it difficult to navigate the more intricate configurations. Furthermore, the pricing structures can get pricey, especially for greater storage demands. Which could worry smaller businesses or individuals on a tighter budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers a strong solution for backing up both local and cloud settings, addressing the vital need for dependable data protection and recovery. By providing a single, user-friendly interface that supports a broad range of the storage options, it addresses the challenge of maintaining diverse backup plans across several platforms. Because of its adaptability, data is always safe and simple to restore, reducing downtime and avoiding data loss. I can manage backups with much less complexity and time, which is a huge benefit. I can rest easy knowing that my data is safe and can be promptly restore when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
* Its a flexcible application and its support all the OS like Mac ,Linux ,Windows ,ETC
* Its user Frendly to operate
* We can schedule a backup as per our required time.
* we can Encrypt the backup in this MSP 360 even thosugh its a free software.
What do you dislike about the product?
* Even though Its looks like a userfrendly application ,few people find it bit dificult to operate.
* Backup performance in term of speed is not upto the mark.
* We wont get much advance report feature in Free verstion. compair to paid one.
* Free users have limited access to customer support access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
*Since its provides free service we can avoid investing for a paid application so that its sove some money for us.
* We can avoid data lose since we are taking a backup in cloud.
* since we have data encription in this data will be more secure.
* we have automate backup system in this , With that it will intimate user through mail also once its backedup.

No built in business continuity, no standard cloud like the larger players in the field

Excellent and easy-to-use backups done right

What do you like best about the product?
Having now used the product for persona and business use, I've adapted all my personal backups to use M365 Backup - backing up to B2 and local drives as well as Wasabi for additional protection. It's incredibly straight forward to use and it's as close to "set it and forget it" as backups can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
With most backup systems, if you want to make the best use of it, you'll need to use their own backup formats and as such, you'll need the software to recover backups - you can't just log in to your remote storage and simply copy from there. Otherwise there is very little not to like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a business perspective, archiving data. From a personal perspective, frequent backups.
