    Dimensions summary

This contract covers a base 100-seat Enterprise package plus ways to grow it. The 100 Seats - Enterprise dimension sets your starting seat count with organization-level controls and support. As your team grows, you add capacity through the Additional Enterprise User dimension, priced per user. User True Up reconciles seats added during the term so billing matches actual members. On Demand Usage Charges cover metered activity beyond your seats, such as automation that runs on usage credits. Seat-based dimensions scale with headcount, while on-demand charges scale with actual usage.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

A seat is a license for one member to use your workspace. Guests you invite to individual pages are free and do not use a seat. New members take an open seat if available; otherwise your paid seat count rises by one.
On-demand charges cover metered automation run by Custom Agents. These agents run on Notion credits, and each run consumes credits based on how much work the agent does. Admins track this in the credits dashboard. If credits run out, agents pause until more are added.
When you add members during the term, seats added mid-cycle create prorated charges based on time left in the billing period. Removing a member frees a seat you can reassign without extra cost. At each renewal, your paid seat count resyncs to match actual members.

Notion: Flexible, Powerful Workspace That Adapts to Your Team

    Reviewed on Sep 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been one of the most useful productivity and collaboration tools I’ve worked with. What I like most is that it doesn’t force you into one specific way of working — you can build the workspace around your team’s actual processes.

    Interface & Ease of Use
The interface is clean, intuitive, and highly customisable. The block-based system makes it easy to build anything from a simple notes page to a detailed project tracker or company wiki. Once you understand how pages, databases, properties, and relations work, you can create incredibly structured workflows without needing to be technical.

    Integrations
The integrations are one of Notion’s biggest strengths. Being able to connect tools like Slack, Google Drive, GitHub, Jira and other platforms makes it much easier to keep information connected rather than scattered across multiple applications. Notion’s newer AI connectors and developer platform make this even more powerful for teams with more complex workflows.

    Performance
For a platform that can contain huge databases, multiple workspaces, linked pages and complex dashboards, the performance is generally very good. Notion has also made recent improvements to page loading, with the company reporting a 28% improvement in initial page rendering in a 2026 update.

    Pricing
The pricing structure is fairly flexible because there is a free tier, with paid plans scaling based on the needs of individuals and teams. I particularly like that teams can start small and upgrade as their requirements become more advanced. The main thing to consider is that some of the more advanced AI and collaboration capabilities are tied to higher-tier plans.

    Onboarding
The initial onboarding is relatively straightforward, especially because there are templates and pre-built structures that help you get started. However, I think the real learning curve comes later — Notion is so flexible that new users may initially struggle to understand just how much they can build with it. Once you get comfortable with databases, relations, views and automations, the possibilities expand significantly.

    AI Intelligence
Notion AI is particularly interesting because it isn't just a chatbot sitting separately from the product. It has context from the workspace itself, which makes it much more useful for actual work. It can help with writing, summarising, database creation, research, meeting notes and finding information across connected applications. The newer Notion Agent and AI connectors make the experience feel much closer to having an AI layer on top of your existing company knowledge.

    Customisation & Flexibility
This is probably my favourite part of Notion. You can use it for project management, documentation, CRM-style databases, content calendars, SOPs, knowledge management, team wikis, dashboards and much more — all within the same workspace. There is a huge amount of flexibility without requiring you to build everything from scratch.

    Collaboration
Real-time collaboration, comments, shared databases and linked pages make it especially useful for teams. It becomes much easier to have one source of truth instead of having information spread across spreadsheets, documents, chats and separate project-management tools.

    What could be improved
The biggest challenge is also one of Notion's biggest strengths: flexibility. There are so many options that the platform can feel overwhelming for new users. More guided onboarding for advanced features and clearer recommendations on how to structure a workspace could make the learning curve easier.

    Final thoughts
Notion stands out because it is much more than a notes or productivity application. It can become the operating system for how a team documents information, manages projects, collaborates and builds workflows. The combination of flexibility, databases, integrations and increasingly capable AI makes it a tool that can grow with the way a team works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the learning curve. With so many customisation options and features, it can feel overwhelming for new users, and setting up complex databases or workspaces can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes problem-solving easier by keeping information, tasks, and workflows in one place. It reduces time spent searching across different tools and makes it easier to identify what needs to be done and track it through completion.

Notion’s Flexible All-in-One Workspace for Notes, Meetings, and Databases

    Reviewed on Sep 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has all the flexibility & integrations you need with a simple interface . . I can make a simple page for a meeting or notes and also build a proper database for projects and tasks. And you can link pages together, which becomes really useful once you've got a lot of company information sitting there...It's kind of like building your own internal workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, but because it’s so flexible and easy to use, things can get messy quickly. and overall, everything feels fast enough except for the search, which takes a bit more time than the rest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information arrangement... like before using notion information was spread across Google docs, messages, random files.. notion gives us one place to keep the important stuff. so we use Notion for a bit of everything... project notes, SOPs, meeting notes, research, internal docs..

Versatile and Efficient, Needs Improved Accessibility

    Reviewed on Sep 29, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its AI features, especially the chatbot, which helps me create templates and pages. The integration with cloud and MCP is impressive and enhances my networking and documentation capabilities. The ability to open multiple tabs and organize them like a browser is really convenient. I also enjoy customizing pages with specific icons or logos, not just emoticons. These features help me a lot in organizing and managing my work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the shortcuts in Notion could be more accessible. There's nothing within the app that gives me the shortcuts at a glance, which would be really helpful. I think a quick access option for tutorials or guides on using shortcuts would make a big difference, as it takes some time to get familiar and having that immediate access to learn would help me a lot. Additionally, there seems to be a bit of a learning curve with Notion, and I feel that for people who don’t have the patience to learn, this might be a drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to solve quick note-taking problems, allowing me to organize meeting notes efficiently. As a project manager, it helps keep everything in order and provides a reference trail that others, like Claude, can use to revisit details I might have missed.
