    What do you like best about the product?
    A very refined AI that enables use in solutions that work with traditional and generative AIs, many additional features that can be used as well as being a closed structure where customer data is not shared.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It is not easy to understand the consumption of services and to obtain historical data on this consumption.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    IBM Watsonx Assistant is incorporated into our product and is our platform's bot tool.
    The bots we deliver to clients are developed in Watson.

    It is difficult to use without watson studio additonally. It lacks integrations with key solutions on the market

    ability to integrate with other services available withing watsonx exosystem, ability to integrate with IBM cloud, easy of use, a lot of fucntions available in "out of the box", applicable in different use-cases, easy to implement,
