Scope
The scope will include three meetings with the Ordinary Experts implemetation team.
Initial Meeting - Planning
During the initial meeting, Ordinary Experts will review WafCharm and make sure all the requirements for implementation are identified and discussed. Ordinary Experts will help you, as a WafCharm client, on how to satisfy any outstanding requirements and schedule a second meeting for the actual implementation WafCharm.
Second Meeting - Implementation
During the second meeting, Ordinary Experts will advise and guide, via screen-share, on how to implement WafCharm into the preferred AWS account. Ordinary Experts will not actually log into a client’s AWS account or make any changes, but rather advise and instruct the client’s engineering team as to the appropriate setup.
Final Meeting - Review
In the third and final meeting, Ordinary Experts will review and assist client in understanding their initial results then provide feedback on potential improvements or possible next steps in the setup and adoption of WafCharm.
