What do you like best about the product?
I have love hootsuite for years, but the recent upgrades and ease to it are amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
my biggest social media struggle is coming up with content - i wish there were suggested content things besides "national days"

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I like about Hootsuite is that now my team does not need to log in to every social network we have as a brand because they can answer everything from the same place, which was one of our purposes. Besides the fact to follow up promotions, resolve FAQs, and support our customers.
Moreover, the platform is user-friendly, allowing everyone to understand how to navigate it without any difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is necessary to implement more features to automatize many processes under specific rules, for instance, the possibility to hide, tag, and auto-close certain interactions based on keywords. Something similar could be implemented with the automatic sentiment, even though is assigned taking into consideration the interaction context, it will be useful to feed this tool with keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We avoid the back-and-forth between our social networks.

Loving the ability to schedule posts weeks in advance or even just drop draft ideas whenever inspo finds me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish I could create different post formats like carousel, for example.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes posting social media content a breeze. You can easily schedule content, upload images and videos and see the layout prior to its posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find Hootsuite's capabilities all that intuitive. I feel like the system and figuring out how to use it can be a bit clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to not only post content in a timely manner, but through notifications -- be more responsive to those who engage with it. In addition, it gives us a larger snapshot into competitors, their content and what others are saying about them and us.

Scheduling of posts and easy to view. Easy to find your way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not allow to share calendar on a monthly basis. Weekly is very annoying to send out one by one.
Does not have a Publish Now button either.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how convint to use the analytics from Hootsuite as all the databases from our social media platforms are connected to Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to manage the inbox when getting lots of messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite illustrates all the data in a clear way which helps me put together the report and analyze it faster and easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I can have all my post scheduled for the week or month in advance. This allows for more time to be on the floor and on the jewelers bench making new items for the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work well with TikTok. It only allows for basic post on the app and not much can be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time. Post as many post per day and schedule them all in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and offers a simple process to upload social media posts to multiple platforms. Plus, the customer service is great and offers quick responses and easy step-by-step solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that currently I can't add music to reels in the platform.

It makes it easier to publish across multiple platforms and accounts, and it makes scheduling simple. It also offers great insight into performance and metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very intuitive and I was able to get up to speed on pulling my own metrics quickly after stepping into my new role. It's very clear on what the metrics mean, and the flexibility in how I can pull them is nice. I don't have any involvement with the scheduling/posting process, but I have been happy with the Analytics side to the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major sticks out to me as a dislike. We'd like to find ways to get more specific with the Listening Reports, but that is not really Hootsuite's fault, it's just the nature of those metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us determine the marketing strategy for our social media campaigns. The variety of Analytics it offers gives my team the insights we need to determine which campaigns are performing well and when we need to adjust.
