    Management Consulting

Unresponsive company. No help. Difficult to use compared to Monday or ClickUp

What do you like best about the product?
This product does the same thing as Monday or ClickUp. It allows organizations to create projects, assign tasks and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem is that it is literally impossible to get help, either using the online help facility or by chatting with someone. If you try to chat with someone to get help, it says no one is available and redirects you to the help pages, which for me have always resulted in an endless redirect loop. I have tried multiple browsers and incognito sessions, and I must conclude that Asana does not have a working help facility and does not provide any help to their customers.

Trying to talk to sales by sending emails to them results in no response. I do not know how this company is still in business if neither their sales or customer service departments ever respond to customers or have online articles or help.

The funny thing is that I tried once before to evaluate Asana. At that particular time, there was a web site outage and it was impossible to even reach their web site. There are serious problems with this company.

I also dislike the product. It is more difficult to use and less flexible and powerful than either Monday or ClickUp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to collaborate on tasks and projects, and to discuss them.

Love that the tasks are connected to various views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far... I'm still familiarizing myself with all of the features

Allowing me and my team to more effectively collaborate and project manage remotely and asyncronously

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is super helpful. It's great for productivity & efficiency. I apprecite the various trainings offered as well to help people new to it become more familarized with how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a minute to learn how to navigate things but that's with anything new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to know some tasks I need to complete and by what due date/time frame.

Asana has changed my ease in my daily work

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes me feel so much more confident and comfortable navigating through my daily work and collaborating with my team members. I have been leading our companywide rollout and have only heard wonderful feedback on the integration and its countless features for making collaboration and communication more efficient and effective. The Asana team itself has been incredible to work with, with insightful Professional Services, Trainers and Account Executives. I use Asana all day every day and couldn't be more thankful to have it as part of my daily work habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has been challenging is supporting a companywide shift and implementation of Asana because any change is hard. I know that when we are up and running, it will be such a positive platform for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are leveraging Asana to create better inconnected systems for communicating and collaborating, and helping to move our company from being broken down by "team" to instead be broken down by "project" with many teams feeding the same overarching goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it so much easier to organise and keep track of everything. Makes the communication with the rest of my team easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit messy when I share several media files on the comments part of a task. That's about it. Maybe there's a better way to do it and I just don't know. Quite new to all of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it possible for me and the whole team know what everyone is doing and helps us share information in a better and more effective way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are so many ways to customize Asana to what you need. Once you get the hang of it, it's very user friendly and easy to navigate. I like being able to keep everything for my business in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve. Also you can use templates but if you choose to customize, setting everything up the way you want it can be a bit time consuming. But once it's done it's done!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my to-do items and workflows in one place that is easy to access from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great for collaboration, simple integrations with slack, good training options, use this every day! I wouldn't be able to keep track of my project and team tasks without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Jira is not ideal. Bulk actions make the tool glitch a bit. Customer support is cumbersome and not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our organization to collaborate (avoiding siloed work!).

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to connect to different applications and how that keeps our teams in sync
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of that I do not like about Asana that there is not some sort of solution for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the problem of project tracking and task organization. I am the PM with diconium and we are starting to impliment Asana and it is changing our compnay and how effiecently we work with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Structure and possibility to collaborate in a very structured manner. It's quite intuitive and easy to use. It's also a great way to manage all the activities and observe them being implemented. It can be used not only for a company/business but also for personal track of tasks every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now it is that not everyone knows and uses it yet, so it takes time for other colleagues to learns how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem of miscommunication and overcomplexity. It's benefiting in was that the structure becomes very clear and understandable.
