INVALUABLE COMMUNICATION TOOL

What do you like best about the product?
-It is very user friendly and easy to use.
-The layout and functions of the soft phone is cormfortably laid out on the screen.
-Has reasonable price and also great for making international calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
-I had no issue with this software.It works perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-This tool allows me to take calls while i'm at home or out of the office,without giving out my personal number.
-The call recording is very useful;i had to listen to recordings multiple times from different scenarios and it has always come to handy.
-My voicemails come directly to my email address,because am able to check for new ones frequently throughout the day.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple mobility. Take office calls on Deskphone, Mobile or Laptop
CRM Integration
Quick and easy to setup and configure.
Excellent Support
This is a tool I use every day and multiple times a day
Always coming out with new and powerful features
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when signal is bad, call quality is not always perfect.
Troubleshooting requires deep understanding of VoIP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff are not alwasy at their desk but now they are always able to answer their phone.
Don't spend large amounts of money on Mobile airtime as staff can use their landline on their mobile phone

What do you like best about the product?
It is easier to make,receive and transfer calls using this tool.It supports wide ranges of software and hardware endpoints,allowing organisations to choose the devices and platforms that suits their needs.3CX allows quick changes in a fast-paced environment with critical situations.I like the efficiency of this software and highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at all.Its the perfect tool for all communication requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With 3cx i can make both external and internal calls using a VOIP or headphones attached on my PC.From its management dashboards,i can create the internal numbers and be able to send welcome mails to make installation for clients easier.The program is automatically launched during Windows startup and stays minimized in the task bar.The options of having call recording and being able to go back for quality control or customer issues is worthy having this system.It makes everything simple and effective as it allows me to be able to make changes to call forwarding or be able to block off holidays instead having to call any change in.

What do you like best about the product?
3CX is a feature rich, reliable, mature and cost effective communication platform. It is designed to help businesses enhance customer experience, optimize teamwork and productivity and save money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike. We are very satisfied with the product. Perhaps 3CX could do a bit better job with communicating updates and changes in advance to partners and customers.

Horrible support doesn't work

So I tried to implement this so I can use it for business. I'm stuck with the actual hosting solution and spending double the cost because the security certificate doesn't work the security certificate that I just purchased last night was a waste of money and time 3CX needs to have a better support system for people so they could be able to get the support they need. I'm not spending $75 just to talk directly to a support rep. Who's not even on the phone with me let alone I can't even seem to understand even in the documentation what type of security certificate you need it's not like there's only one security certificate type. It's literally specific and you have to have the certification work from both ends, but the instructions don't show you how to do that, even the online support tool that they have to talk to partners and everyone is a joke. I can't even set one up with this thing holding me up for security certificate. There's no way for me even reach out on self hosted. It says I gotta have a system to , stay away I wasted 12 hours of my life not figuring out how this whole thing works because they don't have no support and they want to charge for it and they don't even have a good peer to peer support system in itself just because I don't have one up and running and hosting yet which I can't seem to do because there is no understanding how to get the security certificate to I got the private key and the public key already established and ready to go to implement but not working.

Best software for IP Calling

What do you like best about the product?
Voice is clear and loud, there is no lacking in voice it is very easy to use we can record calls as well and send meesages
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime it didn't work when network is poor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do International calls using 3cx while submitting candidates. They pickup call easily and voice is also clear so it is easy for me.

What do you like best about the product?
3CX has been a reliable communication software.
It is easy to use, has user-friendly interface and customer support has always been easy to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Atleast for 3 months of usage, no noticeable issues have been encountered yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3CX has been a reliable tool to contact our Limousine service providers in Mainland China. We do use aircall but call can not go through with Chinese phone numbers and 3CX is there to solve the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
3CX interface makes it very easier to make /receive calls & to persons in the network by checking their availability.
The product is well designed and very easier to use interface only takes few mins to train a completely new user on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting Support & finding answers through FORUM gets quite challenging. We have few instance where we are forced to access paid external support because of a 3CX bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3CX does offer great versatility through its software interface & provides abundant information available for the managers & admins to check and keep up the deliverables & quality.
