We’re excited to introduce the new Business Outcomes Xcelerator (BOX) Program, effective June 26, to help partners develop and deliver solutions that meet the demands of Line of Business (LOB) buyers and accelerate revenue growth.
In today’s fast-paced business landscape, we continue to see a shift towards business outcome solutions being driven by LOB buyers, with customers more likely to purchase solutions that impact their top line. Per Canalys, “the average buyer experiences 28 touchpoints pre-sales and works with an average of seven partners, emphasizing the need for companies to invest in collaborative go-to-market motions with their customers’ trusted experts and partners.”
To help you meet the demands of LOB buyers, we’re investing in ways for partners to co-innovate and deliver outcome-based, ready-to-use solutions for customers.
The BOX Program is designed to help technology and services partners across commercial and public sectors collaborate and deliver differentiated value to customers for their industry or use case needs. It equips partners with the tools, resources, and financial incentives to build, go-to-market, and sell outcome-driven solutions in AWS Marketplace.
Partner collaboration—augmented with BOX Program benefits like AWS Credits, cash, proof-of-concept incentives, and joint GTM and co-sell support through programs like AWS Specializations and ISV Accelerate—unlocks new revenue streams to increase partner profitability.
“AWS has helped unite Pega, AWS, and our essential GSI partners, simplifying the process for clients by delivering cohesive solutions,” says Judy Buchholz, SVP Global Partner Ecosystem at Pega. “Now, clients no longer need to navigate the complexities of vendor collaboration; instead, we can help them focus on achieving their goals.”
Benefits
By participating in BOX, partners can unlock access to:
- Partner Matchmaking events: Connect with AWS experts and other AWS Partners that offer complementary components (software, hardware, consulting, implementation) to ideate on unique customer use cases—accelerating your solution building and go-to-market readiness.
- Financial incentives: Unlock financial benefits, including cash and AWS credits to build product demos, explore customer needs, and create proof-of concept solutions—helping you go-to-market faster and expand customer reach with an AWS Marketplace listing.
- Ready-to-use solution building resources: Build and validate your partner solutions with self-serve Solution Building Enablement (AWS Partner Central login required), including guidance for listing in AWS Marketplace and go-to-market asset creation.
Partner success story: Bosch and Pepperl+Fuchs
Together, our partners have delivered critical business outcomes for productivity, cost avoidance, quality, and growth for various business needs like healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing and automotive, energy and utilities, telco, financial services, and retail.
Pilot partners Bosch Software and Pepperl+Fuchs leveraged the BOX Program to co-create innovative solutions that combine AWS Cloud capabilities with their own domain expertise.
Using Amazon Bedrock and the AWS IoT Twin Maker, the Bosch Digital Twin solution for Integrated Asset Performance Management, available in AWS Marketplace, empowers industrial customers to make data-driven decisions and drive sustainable growth.
Cadent Gas, a large UK gas distribution company, is using the AWS and Bosch Digital Twin solution to monitor its pipeline infrastructure and prepare for the transition to more sustainable, alternative gases. Cadent owns and operates 80 thousand miles of pipeline and serves 11M homes and businesses. They faced the challenge that when natural gas pipelines were infused with different gases, density changes and causes vibrations in the pipelines that lead to cracks in the hull—which can result in downtime and costs millions. Oil and gas businesses experience as much as $38 million a year in costs from unplanned downtime.
Bosch solution helps customer measure vibrations and simulate fluid density changes, and stop pipeline risks before they happen. They can also now test the viability of using their existing infrastructure for future changes—like moving from gas to hydrogen, saves 70-80% in costs versus installing all new lines.
