AWS for M&E at re:Invent 2022
Each year, professionals from the global cloud community converge at the annual AWS re:Invent conference to attend inspirational keynotes and panels, in-depth learning sessions, and network with industry colleagues and leaders. This year proves no exception as re:Invent returns to Las Vegas, NV November 28 – December 2 in full force. With the transformative technology event fast approaching, the Media and Entertainment (M&E) team at AWS is here to help you map your schedule to take advantage of the breadth of programming focused on customer stories, hands-on learning opportunities, and the latest AWS service and solution launches for M&E workloads.
Nowhere is change more prominent than the world of M&E. From content creation to distribution and monetization, the M&E industry is innovating to delight global audiences with unparalleled content and exceptional viewing experiences. Gathering at re:Invent gives us focused time to discuss and debate the biggest opportunities and challenges with our M&E customers and partners. To further this, the AWS re:Invent M&E Attendee Guide provides a curated list of the breakout and interactive sessions that we feel are most relevant for event attendees from the M&E industry.
In addition, you can check out demos in the AWS M&E Lounge located in Caeser’s Forum Main Hall during re:Invent. Lounge visitors can use this dedicated space to meet, network, and learn how AWS helps power innovation with live demos running throughout the day and M&E expert on-hand. The lounge also offers a look at additional AWS technologies and applications in sports, games, telco, energy, advertising, and other industries. We look forward to seeing you in Las Vegas! Be sure to keep an eye on the AWS Media Blog and follow AWS for M&E on LinkedIn to stay up-to-date on all things M&E at re:Invent.

To accommodate different interests and learning styles, AWS re:Invent programming ranges in format and level of technical detail. Breakout sessions run an hour long and are largely presentation-based, with AWS customers, experts, and partners sharing innovative applications and lessons learned in the field. Designed for small audiences, chalk talks are highly interactive with a short talk delivered by an AWS expert, followed by a 45-minute Q&A session. The goal is to foster a technical discussion around real-world architecture challenges. Providing hands-on opportunities, re:Invent workshops gather small groups of attendees for step-by-step tutorials of solutions they can later replicate.
